*Conference fee includes admission to all session and symposium proceedings. Please note that the conference fee does NOT include meals or hotel accomodations.

Methods of Payment

All payments must be made by bank transfer or credit card, after registration of participation via this website.

Payment must be done within eight days post on-line registration. Otherwise, the registration might be canceled.

Credit Card: Visa, Master, and Nicos cards are available for on-line card payment.

On-line registration system is available until May 31March 15, 2011. After that date all registrations will be processed on-site at the Conference Desk in the National Center of Sciences, Hitotsubashi Memorial Hall.

For our On-Site service, Cash is the only acceptable form of payment.

Confirmation and Receipt

A Confirmation E-mail will be sent after on-line registration. Please bring the print-out of the Confirmation E-mail to the symposium venue. If you do not receive a Confirmation E-mail in a few days post Web registration, please contact the symposium secretariat by e-mail.

Receipt of your payment will be issued on the day of the conference addressed to the applicant's name as registered.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellations will be accepted until May 31March 15, 2011 with a refund of all prepaid fees. After this date no refunds will be given. Notice of cancellation should be submitted in writing to the the symposium secretariat by e-mail or fax.
